I have started studying web design field recently and want to become a professional web designer in the future, so www.andreyknure.narod.ru is my first web page. Links are the most important details at this page, however, my users don%26#039;t click on them when visiting my web page. How can I make them more attractive? Please, help me with all possible suggestions and advices!

just saw your site. perhaps list the links on top but going across or next to that paragraph in blue. also change the color of the links. its better if people see the links automatically when the page pops up instead of havin to scroll down, and yes if the color is different from the paragraph then people will know what to click on. work on the layout a bit.
