Editing web design templates from TemplateMonster.com?

I%26#039;ve purchased a web design template from templatemonster.com (see design at the link below) %26amp; am trying to get a quote for editing the page. I don%26#039;t want the flash version, regular is fine %26amp; would need to change the photos %26amp; text content of the website.

I have no knowledge of web design %26amp; I did give editing it a go myself, but I just won%26#039;t be able to do it.

I%26#039;ve been phoning around %26amp; many places say they can%26#039;t do it, others are quoting me ridicilous figures.

If anyone has needed to get similiar work done, or knows where I could get this work done at a reasonable cost, please let me know.

PS - Please don%26#039;t refer me to companies like template-tuning etc as I%26#039;ve been to a few like them %26amp; found their staff unhelpful %26amp; unable to give me exact quotes or guarantees of work.

It%26#039;s a Shockwave file yes?

You would need something like Macormedia Flash to edit/change that.

It%26#039;s not as easy as editing a HTML template - that%26#039;s whu design places charge a lot!
