Have you heard of "Web Easy 6" software for building web sites?

I have been a designer and developer of web sites for a few years now. Friday, I received a call from my friends%26#039; dad who needed help with his web pages. He said he was told Web Easy 6 was the industry standard so that is what he is using to build his site with.

At the university where I work, our Information Technology advisory board recommended our using the Macromedia Studio suite for our web design and graphics and animation programs and stated it was the industry standard. I contacted some of the advisory board members this morning and none of them have heard about Web Easy 6.

I played with the software over the weekend and found it to be very user unfriendly. Has anyone heard of this software program and if so, please let me know what you like or dislike about it.
