i have the files archived into WinRAR files, but i dont see how to post them on my geocities page so that visitors to my page can download them .... anyone know how? step by step please! im kinda new to geocities n dont get slightly over half of how to design it.

Example %26lt;a href=%26quot;downloads/test.rar%26quot;%26gt;Download File%26lt;/a%26gt;
This requires that the file test.rar is in a folder called downloads.
