I have a little background in HTML and knowledge of both Photoshop and Illustrator. I%26#039;m just wondering which of these classes will be to my advantage in the job market: the one that teaches me Macromedia Flash (Intro to Flash) or the one that teaches me the fundamentals of InDesign and QuarkExpress (Graphic Design II). What do you guys think will be more advantageous to a digital artist who is simply doing this to sharpen her digital skills (although I would like to build a web page in the near future)? Which of these programs is easiest to learn on my own?

You need to learn PHP or ASP, SQL or MYSQL Database.
Flash is not going to help you build functional sites (only animated sites).
Choose a class that teaches those.
Also, if you do get into Flash, learn C++ language which is what Flash ActionScripting is based on. I use it to make games. I have used Flash for 5 years or more, and it takes a long time to get good at it.

Other Replys:I would go for Graphic Design 2, because I believe it would have more of what you want in it. I%26#039;ve never taken any of those classes, but I also have the same intrests that you do.
