how can i get domain name and upload my site to yahoo without using a credit card?

yahoo is quite cheap and reliable as i read in here, the problem is that i don%26#039;t have a credit card, i am in a remote village in africa and can%26#039;t get a credit card to buy from the local banks here, if i had a friend in USA or UK i can easily buy dollars from the blackmarket and send by post so that they can buy a cc for me, the prob is that i don%26#039;t have anyone over there, what do i do, i really want to upload my site cos their is a lot of biz potential here, i tried the free hosting companies and they placed a big banner and lots of pop ups in my site, can someone help me out plz

How are you paying your ISP bill if you don%26#039;t have a credit card? (You clearly have internet access since you are posting a question on Yahoo Answers.)

To answer your question: You can%26#039;t get a domain name and upload your site to yahoo without a credit card.

I would not be interested in your offer to send me blackmarket US dollars in exchange for the use of my credit card .... that sounds highly illegal to me.
