Yes. As long as the site you are downloading from is specifically a clip art site, you can use it for your web site.
However, always read each site%26#039;s terms of usage so you know what you can do with the clip art. Some clip art sites are very strict about what you can or can%26#039;t do with them. For example, some clip art sites will require you to link back to them if you use their graphics. Other sites may not allow you to use their stuff for commercial projects.
